compulsory for anyone who works with liquor or gaming in NSW. CFTNSW is approved by the LAB to provide both of these courses.
RSA - Responsible Service of Alcohol Anyone
serving, supplying, selling or promoting alcohol
in NSW, in either a paid and voluntary capacity,
must have completed
RSA training. RSA training
is also required for security staff at NSW licensed
venues.
This one day course explains the liquor laws and provides
participants with strategies to:
- Prevent underage drinking
- Prevent intoxication
RCG - Responsible Conduct of Gambling
Required for anyone working in
venues with gaming
area in NSW pubs and clubs, including Security staff.
This one day course explains the gambling laws and provides participants
with strategies to:
- Prevent underage entering gaming areas
- Provide information about self-exclusion
schemes
Although NSW is the only state where RSA & RCG are
compulsory, these nationally recognised Statements
of Attainment are generally accepted
in all other states and overseas (check
with your employer)
